Any customer who can pay UShs. 1,000 per day can take out a loan from Centenary bank to build a decent house on incremental basis. This can be: • Vertical incremental: This is where you can start with buying land and later come back and borrow for foundation, wall plate etc. until you have completed your house. • Or horizontal incremental: This is where you can start with one or two rooms then come back and add more rooms at a later stage until you have completed all the rooms.
