Product Features
- Maximum grace of up to 12 months should be allowed according to the cash flow of the customers.
- Minimum of UShs.100,000 up to a maximum amount of UShs.50 million
- Fixed interest rate of 15% per annum charged on a declining balance.
- Loans up to UShs. 5 million can be secured by only chattels e.g., school equipment and machinery, H/H items. Additional Collateral may be requested for loan amounts above 5 million.

Requirements
- Bank account in Centenary Bank
- Affordability measure – facility installment plus other financial obligation not to exceed 50% of the net monthly income
- Verifiable sources of income
- Applicants must have attained the minimum age of legal contract, that is, 18 years and not exceeding age limit of 60 years
- An invoice or BOQ from reputable service provider (where applicable)
- Evidence of ownership or authorization where the borrower is executing the project or activity.
